They are seeking a Provider Contracting Lead Analyst to use negotiation skills to manage complex provider contracts and ensure compliance with contracting guidelines. Responsibilities • Prepare, analyze, review, and project financial impact of larger or complex provider contracts and alternate contract terms. • Conduct negotiations and draft individual contracts while ensuring the smooth operation and administration of provider agreements. • Track the financial performance of contracts and ensure compliance with contracting guidelines. • Exercise judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures. • Exercise in-depth professional knowledge to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Provider Contracting. Skills • High school diploma or equivalent required • 3+ years of experience with provider contracting required • Strong working knowledge of various reimbursement methodologies and terminology required • Strong negotiation skills and proficiency of contract language review required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; presentation skills required • Quarterly Travel required for client visits • Strong knowledge and experience with Advanced Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel and PowerPoint • Ability to make recommendations on various issues to senior management related to contract negotiations preferred • Team oriented to ensure departmental goals and objectives are met preferred • Ability to work independently preferred • Ability to develop and maintain effective, collaborative relationships with both internal and external customers preferred Benefits • Medical • Vision • Dental • Well-being and behavioral health programs • 401(k) with company match • Company paid life insurance • Tuition reimbursement • A minimum of 18 days of paid time off per year • Paid holidays Company Overview • We are a health benefits provider that advocates for better health through every stage of life.
