Nightingale’s List is seeking U.S. licensed Psychiatrists for a short-term remote consulting engagement supporting the development of next-generation healthcare AI technology.
This project involves creating realistic physician to patient conversation transcripts used to evaluate an AI clinical scribe platform’s ability to interpret diagnoses, clinical reasoning, and treatment decisions from natural psychiatric encounters.
This engagement utilizes clinical expertise and judgment but does not involve direct patient care.

- Fully Remote
- Independent Contractor (1099)
- Approx. 5 hours per week for 2 weeks
- Total commitment: ~10 hours
- Flexible scheduling
- Complete work on your own schedule (no set meeting times required)
- Work completed through secure online platform
Compensation
$200 to $230 per hour (1099)
- Responsibilities
- Create realistic psychiatric patient encounter conversations
- Simulate natural provider to patient dialogue
- Incorporate diagnostic reasoning and treatment considerations, including potential medication decisions
- Support evaluation and testing of AI clinical documentation tools
- Requirements
- MD or DO with active U.S. medical license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry preferred
- Ability to simulate real-world psychiatric clinical decision making
- Comfortable participating in healthcare technology or AI-related projects
- Reliable computer and internet access
- Ability to complete project within required timeline
