They are seeking a Senior Python Developer to architect and deliver end-to-end web applications, working directly with the founders to build a scalable platform that meets industry standards. Responsibilities • Architect and deliver end-to-end web applications using Python on the backend and TypeScript on the frontend • Build scalable, high-availability architecture using modern cloud infrastructure • Take full ownership of features from technical design and implementation through to testing and deployment • Innovate and solve complex data problems in the healthcare sector while ensuring strict security and compliance standards are met • Utilize frameworks like FastAPI, Django, or Flask for backend services and libraries such as React, Next.js, or Vue for frontend development • Manage data via PostgreSQL or NoSQL solutions and deploy on cloud-native infrastructure (AWS or GCP) • Utilize Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth delivery Skills • At least four years of experience delivering complex full-stack web applications • Deep expertise in Python and its modern web frameworks (FastAPI, Django, or Flask) • Strong full-stack capabilities • Comfortable jumping into the frontend to build responsive, type-safe user interfaces with TypeScript • Experience managing data via PostgreSQL or NoSQL solutions • Experience deploying on cloud-native infrastructure (AWS or GCP) • Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines • Ability to innovate and solve complex data problems in the healthcare sector • Understanding of strict security and compliance standards • Startup mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguity and possess high autonomy • Experience deploying to AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure • Familiarity with libraries such as React, Next.js, or Vue • Interest in AI and healthcare technology Benefits • Competitive compensation including salary and meaningful equity Company Overview • Venchr is an HR firm that offers recruitment and marketing services.
