Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DEPT® is a pioneering technology and marketing services company that creates integrated end-to-end digital experiences for brands. They are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of their software products through the development and execution of automated tests, leading test strategies and mentoring junior QA engineers.
- Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of test strategies and plans
- Develop, execute, and maintain automated test frameworks
- Mentor and guide QA engineers in best practices and methodologies
- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Enhance and drive QA process improvements across projects
- Skills
- 4-8 years of experience in QA automation or similar roles
- Proficiency in automation tools such as Cypress, JMeter, and Postman
- Strong knowledge of TypeScript, SQL/DB, and Jira
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
- Superior problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with task management in fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with AWS CI/CD processes and DevOps practices is a plus
