Responsibilities

Monitor and audit external quality analysts’ calls
Present findings and coach external partners for quality improvement
Administer programs and monitor compliance with credentialing and training requirements of external agents

Skills

High School Diploma/GED or 1+ years of quality monitoring experience
At least 1 year of experience presenting findings to stakeholders
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in sales or producer help desk environments
Prior quality monitoring experience
Experience coaching or training others
English/Spanish fluency
