RemoteHunter is connecting candidates with an organization in the healthcare industry focused on simplifying the health care experience. The Quality Analyst role involves monitoring and auditing the work of external quality analysts to ensure compliance and improve service delivery quality.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and audit external quality analysts’ calls
- Present findings and coach external partners for quality improvement
- Administer programs and monitor compliance with credentialing and training requirements of external agents
Skills
- High School Diploma/GED or 1+ years of quality monitoring experience
- At least 1 year of experience presenting findings to stakeholders
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in sales or producer help desk environments
- Prior quality monitoring experience
- Experience coaching or training others
- English/Spanish fluency
