- Responsibilities
- Design and deliver structured training sessions on QA methodologies and test automation for AI-driven systems
- Create detailed AI training prompts and hands-on exercises focused on quality assurance and testing scenarios
- Apply real-world QA and automation expertise to improve AI-driven testing workflows
- Develop, review, and maintain clear documentation, guides, and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training gaps and adapt content to project needs
- Mentor contributors on automated testing tools and AI-assisted QA strategies
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously refine materials based on feedback and outcomes
- Stay current with advancements in AI, machine learning, and test automation practices
- Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Strong professional experience in quality assurance and test automation
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or equivalent tools
- Strong understanding of data-driven testing and AI applications in QA workflows
- Proven ability to design structured AI prompts and practical training exercises
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on clarity
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote, distributed environment
