Veros Real Estate Solutions is a leader in the real estate industry, combining technology with customer service to provide quality property valuations. The Quality Control Specialist will conduct quality control reviews of valuation products across the United States, ensuring compliance with industry standards and guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Reviews all incoming valuation products
- Reads and comprehends valuation reports to ensure high quality and that reports meet USPAP and Lender Requirement
- Checks property for adverse factors via aerial and street scenes
- Reviews subject condition reports
- Understands and follows GSE and client guidelines
- Reviews and can understand UCPD/EAD SSR’s warnings and indicators
- Professionally and accurately requests conditions to be completed by the appraiser
- Escalate appropriately as determined by guidelines

- Strong sense of urgency required with ability to multitask in a dynamic, demanding environment
- Works well with little supervision; receptive to feedback and training intended to improve employee's ability to perform at increasing levels of independence
- Appraisal Management Company experience
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for at least 50% of the time
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, and computer printer
- Current or past license a plus, but not required
