Horizontal Talent is seeking a dedicated Project/Program Manager to execute a key initiative that combines quality assurance with innovative testing protocols. The role involves collaborating with teams remotely and ensuring high standards in crafting and refining testing protocols for external laboratories.
- Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison with external testing laboratories, crafting and refining testing protocols
- Ensure test protocols are accurate, complete, and meet quality requirements, adjusting them as necessary for consistency
- Coordinate efforts to finalize approximately 250 testing protocols within a deadline
- Document progress meticulously and provide consistent updates on status
- Identify any risks or delays in the process and create strategies to address them effectively
- Skills
- Proficiency in quality assurance, testing, or compliance within relevant industries such as consumer products
- Understanding of laboratory testing environments and various testing methodologies
- Exceptional skills in documentation review and technical writing
- Ability to manage complex deliverables under strict deadlines with precision
- Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to collaborate across multiple external partners
- Experience in working with third-party labs or certification entities
- Background in private label or retailer-owned brands or global program support
- Project management experience ranging from four to five years
