They are seeking partners who have profitable quantitative strategies and need infrastructure support to scale their products to institutional traders. Skills • A proven systematic trading strategy with live track record or robust backtests • Technical capability in Python, R, C++, or similar quantitative languages • Product vision – willingness to be the founder and driving force behind your product • Current infrastructure limitations – Excel models, fragmented scripts, manual processes keeping you from scaling • 3+ years of systematic trading or quantitative research experience • Deep understanding of market microstructure, execution, or portfolio construction • Your intellectual property and trading edge • Domain expertise in your specific market or approach • Commitment to building something institutional-grade • Experience at hedge funds, prop shops, market makers, or HFT firms (helpful but not required) • Published research or speaking engagements in quantitative finance • Prior attempts at building your own infrastructure (so you know the pain points) Company Overview • Welcome to BusinessInvitee Consulting Group — a domain where collaboration turns challenges into opportunities and dreams into accomplishments.
