As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of cargo and baggage. Our team is comprised of dedicated professionals who share a passion for delivering outstanding results and exceeding customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** As a Remote Ramp Agent (Customer Service Agent), you'll be responsible for: * Securely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting cargo, mail, and baggage to and from aircraft, while ensuring optimal connections by guiding arriving and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Protecting cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather conditions. * Operating ground equipment such as dollies, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Using cargo scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of cargo to its destination. **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a comprehensive benefits package that supports the well-being of our employees.
