The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Radiology Partners is a leading radiology practice in the U.S. seeking an RCM Automation Engineer to join their RCM Business Excellence team. The role involves architecting, developing, and deploying AI-enabled automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes across the organization. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and fine-tune AI solutions for automation that support RCM workflows Work closely with operations to identify high-impact automation opportunities and help translate business needs into technical solutions in partnership with IT and data teams (as applicable) Apply prompt engineering and LLM strategies for outlined use cases Monitor model performance and work with IT and security teams to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant AI deployment that aligns with HIPAA and healthcare IT standards Collaborate with teams to ensure API integration with appropriate systems and data platforms Document process flows, solution architectures, and user guides for automation workflows Maintain and enhance existing automations, ensuring performance, stability, and compliance Maintain data repositories and support production automations Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions Provide ongoing support and training to business users as automation solutions are rolled out Contribute to the organization’s automation roadmap, supporting scalability, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field 1-3 years of experience in automation, software development, or process engineering (UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism, or equivalent) Demonstrated familiarity with cloud automation or AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, Copilot, and bolthires Cloud) Understanding of prompt design or LLM based automation Exposure to AI-driven automation platforms or agentic tooling (OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Copilot Studio, or equivalent) Proficiency in one or more programming/scripting languages (Python, VB.NET, C#, or SQL) Basic understanding of JSON structure and schema definitions, with the ability to parse, generate, and validate JSON within automated workflows Strong understanding of business process analysis, workflow design, and system integration Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus on process improvement Excellent organization and communication (written and verbal) skills for cross-functional collaboration Adaptability to shifting priorities in a fast paced environment and comfortable with ambiguity Continuous learning mindset and ethical awareness in AI applications Background in revenue cycle management (RCM), radiology, or healthcare is a plus Familiarity with APIs, web services, and database connections for automation is a plus Certifications in AI/ML or healthcare informatics is a plus Benefits Competitive Benefits package – Eligibility starts the month after hire, with tiered options to choose from.
