- * Assist real estate agents with scheduling property showings, meetings, and calls.
- * Maintain and update property listings and databases.
- * Manage and respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- * Handle communication with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
- * Prepare and organize documents related to property sales, leasing, and transactions.
- * Conduct market research to provide relevant information on available properties.
- * Assist in preparing marketing materials for properties, including flyers, emails, and social media posts.
- * Track and manage appointments, meetings, and deadlines effectively.
- * Perform other administrative duties as required to support the real estate team.
- Required Skills and Qualifications
- * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu (knowledge of additional languages like Punjabi or Pashto is a plus).
- * Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- * Familiarity with real estate platforms and CRM software is desirable.
- * Good understanding of the local real estate market in Pakistan.
- * Ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively.
- * Professional attitude and strong work ethic.
- Experience
- * Previous experience in a real estate or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- * Experience working remotely is a plus.
- * Freshers or candidates with prior freelance experience are encouraged to apply.
- Working Hours
- * Flexible working hours, with the expectation of a commitment of 20-40 hours per week.
