Responsibilities Extensive legal research, excellent writing, and complex law-and-motion practice Depositions Jury Trials Skills 0-5 Years Experience Real-Estate-Litigation Attorney A strong understanding of legal research platforms, including Westlaw and LexisNexis, is required California Bar License is required to interact with clients, take depositions, and do trials Prior exposure to litigation through internships or coursework is a plus Motivated to learn, grow, and take on challenges Teachable and open to constructive feedback Collaborative, thriving in team settings where ideas and strategies are shared Excited to develop your career with a firm that invests in your long-term success Benefits Mentorship and Training
