Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Colonial Properties, Inc. is looking for a consultant to upgrade their online presence and lead generation. This project-based role involves website improvements, SEO enhancements, and lead generation setup.
- Responsibilities
- Website rebuild or major refresh (modern design, clear service pages, strong calls-to-action, mobile-first, fast load)
- SEO + local SEO (on-page SEO, content structure, tracking)
- Google Business Profile improvements (optimization, posts/photos, review system, local visibility)
- Lead generation setup (conversion-focused landing pages, contact forms, call tracking, optional paid search/retargeting if recommended)
- Skills
- Knowledge and experience to handle website improvements
- Knowledge and experience in SEO
- Knowledge and experience in Google Business Profile optimization
- Knowledge and experience in lead generation
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to show progress consistently
- Time to follow through and deliver
