Job Title: Remote Real Estate Sales Development Representative (100% Work From Home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $2,000 - 2,400 USD/month (depending on familiarity with the real estate industry) + performance-based bonus

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm EST Eastern Time (1-hour lunch break)

Our client is seeking a high-energy, motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to enhance their outbound sales efforts. The SDR's primary responsibilities will include identifying prospects, executing cold outreach campaigns via phone and email, and successfully booking qualified meetings for the senior sales team. This role serves as the initial point of contact for many future customers, making it a crucial contributor to the company's overall growth.

    Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients in the real estate sector
  • Set appointments and book meetings for account executives
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity in our CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads and re-engage previous contacts
  • Meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to calls, emails, and booked meetings
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach strategies
    Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies:
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a U.S. market
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection
  • Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • (Required) Familiarity with U.S. business culture and time zones
  • (Strongly Preferred) Experience in real estate, title, or a related industry
