We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Assistant to join our team at RentalConsulting.com, a leading provider of Canadian real estate investing education and mentorship. As a Virtual Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients in their day-to-day tasks of buying and managing real estate, helping them achieve their investment goals and transform their cash flow into passive income.

Job Summary


In this remote, full-time role, you will work closely with our Portfolio Manager and company owner to provide exceptional support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include communicating with tradespeople, property owners, guests, and tenants, as well as assisting with tasks such as re-rentals, notices, adverts, and repairs. You will also have the opportunity to learn about new investment opportunities and contribute to the growth and success of our clients' portfolios.


Responsibilities



  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Communicate effectively with tradespeople, property owners, guests, and tenants to resolve issues and complete tasks

  • Assist with day-to-day tasks such as re-rentals, notices, adverts, and repairs

  • Identify and pursue new investment opportunities to support the growth and success of our clients' portfolios

  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

  • Participate in daily morning calls to discuss priorities, goals, and progress


Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the real estate industry

  • Proficiency in G-Suite, Line2App, and Zoom

  • Excellent English language and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills


Preferred Qualifications



  • Previous experience in the real estate sector

  • Knowledge of real estate investing principles and practices
