Job Summary: We are seeking a Remote Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment and onboarding process for caregiver positions, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and new hires. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. The Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist will source, screen, and interview qualified candidates; coordinate and complete all aspects of onboarding; and collaborate closely with management to meet staffing goals. This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in HR tools and systems. Key Responsibilities: β’ Source, screen, and interview candidates for caregiver positions. β’ Coordinate and handle the onboarding process for new hires from start to end. β’ Prepare and process all new hire documentation in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations. β’ Maintain accurate and organized candidate and employee records. β’ Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and prioritize recruitment efforts. β’ Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout all stages of the process. β’ Perform other tasks related to the position. Qualifications & Requirements: β’ Proficient level of English (written and spoken). β’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with cross-functional teams, internal leaders, providers, and potential clients. β’ Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. β’ Proven experience in recruiting, onboarding, or HR coordination (preferably in healthcare or caregiving). β’ Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to think quickly and work efficiently. β’ Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software. β’ High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality. β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets). β’ Sound judgment and the capacity to comprehend and execute instructions promptly with minimal supervision. β’ Reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), two monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
