They are seeking a Recruiter & People Operations Generalist to lead end-to-end recruiting and support day-to-day operations while managing full-cycle hiring for various roles. Responsibilities β€’ Full-cycle recruiting (primary focus) β€’ Partner with hiring managers and the Director of Finance & Administration to understand role requirements, team needs, and hiring priorities β€’ Translate those needs into clear, compelling job descriptions and role scorecards β€’ Own the full recruitment lifecycle for a broad range of roles (technical, creative, operational, and leadership), including: β€’ Proactive sourcing and outreach β€’ Resume and profile screening β€’ Phone / video screening interviews β€’ Coordinating interview loops and debriefs β€’ Reference checks β€’ Offer preparation and negotiation support β€’ Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key talent profiles using job boards, networks, referrals, and creative sourcing channels β€’ Manage our ATS (e.g., Greenhouse): β€’ Keep candidate records accurate and up to date β€’ Track progress through stages β€’ Maintain organized requisitions and reporting β€’ Ensure an excellent candidate experience at every stage: clear communication, timely follow-up, and respectful, transparent interactions β€’ Represent Human Agency’s mission, values, and culture in all candidate interactions and external touchpoints β€’ People operations, HR & recruiting admin β€’ Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and contractors (U.S., Canada, and LatAm), including: β€’ Offer letters / agreements (in partnership with Finance & Admin) β€’ Systems access and tool setup β€’ First-week schedules and introductions β€’ Support offboarding processes, including communication, checklist management, and system access changes β€’ Maintain organized digital records for candidates, employees, and contractors in line with company policies and applicable regulations β€’ Help maintain and improve recruiting and HR documentation (process guides, templates, FAQs, interview rubrics) β€’ Support basic HR administration in partnership with the Director of Finance & Administration (e.g., data updates, survey coordination, performance/feedback cycle logistics) β€’ General administrative & operations support β€’ Assist the Director of Finance & Administration with scheduling, documentation, and reporting related to hiring and people operations β€’ Support coordination with external vendors (e.g., recruitment platforms, background checks, tools) β€’ Pull and compile simple recruiting and people metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, pipeline health, source effectiveness) for leadership reviews Skills β€’ 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high-growth, founder-led, or startup environments β€’ Comfortable recruiting across multiple types of roles (e.g., technical, creative, operations, client-facing, leadership) β€’ Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive candidates β€’ Confident running structured screens, synthesizing signal, and making clear recommendations β€’ Skilled at managing multiple open roles and candidates simultaneously β€’ Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning administrative tasks that keep systems clean and compliant β€’ Able to build and refine checklists, templates, and simple processes β€’ Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse or similar) plus comfort with spreadsheets and basic reporting β€’ Clear, concise communicator with candidates and internal stakeholders β€’ Comfortable giving hiring managers structured updates and pushing for needed decisions β€’ Able to work as an independent contractor, including managing your own taxes, benefits, and local compliance obligations β€’ Comfortable working U.S.-aligned business hours Benefits β€’ Standard employee benefits Company Overview β€’ At Human Agency, they are giving the power of digital advertising to the people.
