Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Attentive is an AI marketing platform that focuses on 1:1 personalization to enhance brand and consumer connections. The Recruiting Coordinator will support the recruitment process for the Engineering and Product teams, coordinating interviews and ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews like a pro, finding the perfect time for our candidates and interviewers
- Whether it's virtual or in-person, you'll handle the logistics and ensure everyone's in the right place at the right time
- You're a Master of Communication! Keep candidates in the loop proactively, making their journey with us a smooth and interesting one
- Respond to candidate inquiries faster than lightning and provide all the necessary info to keep them engaged throughout the process
- Use our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) to keep tabs on all the candidates and their progress
- Leverage your insider information, data and patterns to continue to improve our interview processes
Skills
- 1-2 years of recruiting coordination or scheduling experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly organized and detailed-oriented; ability to be flexible and prioritize competing needs
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization, and with external candidates
- Experience working with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and extremely organized!
- Ability to work standard Eastern or Central time zone hours
