The Education Recruiting Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates while managing job postings and providing operational support. Responsibilities β’ Actively source, screen, and qualify high-volume candidates and schedule them to speak with a recruiter. β’ Prospect within ATS and job boards to identify quality candidates and build rapport through phone and text outreach. β’ Manage job postings and lead pipelines to ensure all applicants are contacted promptly and moved efficiently through the process. β’ Partner with recruiters to ensure all qualified leads are contracted or scheduled β’ Provide administrative and operational support for active candidate management including resume formatting, compliance tracking, and credentialing coordination. β’ Serve as point-of-contact for current field staff regarding payroll questions, timesheet corrections, and general support needs. β’ Provide backup recruiter coverage during PTO or high-volume periods. β’ Create and manage targeted e-mail and text campaigns for outreach and engagement. β’ Accurately document all activity, communication, and outcomes in the ATS using proper journal entries. β’ Foster strong working relationships across cross-functional departments (credentialing, compliance, sales, operations) to ensure smooth workflow and candidate experience. β’ Deliver excellent internal and external customer service in alignment with Gifted Healthcareβs values β Go Go, Integrity, Fun, Trust, Exceeds Expectations, Dignity.
