They are seeking a Regulatory Affairs Specialist to analyze regulatory frameworks and develop compliance strategies for AI training. The role involves translating regulatory requirements into actionable insights and ensuring the integrity of regulatory data. Responsibilities • Translate real-world non-health regulatory frameworks into structured AI training scenarios • Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements to create actionable insights for AI model training • Conduct policy research to identify emerging regulations across multiple industries • Develop and review compliance strategies, policies, and documentation for AI datasets • Validate AI-generated regulatory content for accuracy, relevance, and completeness • Prepare audit-ready compliance examples, regulatory filings, and risk assessment scenarios • Collaborate with AI and quality teams to ensure regulatory data integrity and consistency • Provide domain expertise to continuously improve AI understanding of regulatory affairs Skills • Strong professional experience in Regulatory Affairs within non-healthcare sectors • Industry experience in areas such as energy, finance, technology, telecom, transportation, manufacturing, or public policy • Strong ability to analyze, interpret, and apply laws, standards, and regulatory frameworks • Proven experience designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance strategies • Expertise in preparing regulatory documentation, risk assessments, and audit-ready materials • Strong policy research skills with the ability to track and summarize regulatory developments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to structure complex regulatory information into clear, actionable guidance • Bachelor's degree or higher in law, public policy, business, compliance, engineering, environmental science, or a related field • Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment • Experience supporting AI, technology, or data-driven projects with regulatory input • Advanced degree or professional certifications in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs • Experience collaborating with cross-functional or global stakeholder teams Company Overview • At Crossing Hurdles, we specialise in customised recruitment and staffing solutions designed to drive success for businesses and professionals.
