The role involves providing compliance and regulatory support, focusing on FDA and CPSC-regulated product matters for the US online store. Responsibilities • Supporting the RISC Legal team with FDA-regulated product matters and FDA compliance matters • Supporting the RISC Legal team with CPSC-regulated product matters for the US online store • Supporting the RISC Legal team with regulator contacts • Supporting ad-hoc product safety matters as needed Skills • J.D.
from an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in the U.S. • 3–5 years of Regulatory and FDA-related product matters and FDA compliance, preferably in-house or with technology-focused clients. • Some FDA experience, ideally in an area such as dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food. • Experience with products regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (e.g., children’s products, baby products, etc.) and safety-related matters. • Must reside and be licensed in one of the following states: WA, DC, OR, CA, AZ, IL, TX, AK, WI, NY, CO, ID.
