Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ironpaper is a B2B growth agency that focuses on helping clients achieve their growth goals through inbound marketing. They are seeking a Remote Account Director to manage the execution of digital and inbound marketing campaigns for up to 10 clients, ensuring the delivery of qualified leads and month-over-month growth. Responsibilities β’ Break long-term strategy into a monthly action plan and review with the Pod Leader. Audit weekly sprints to ensure planned activities will accomplish goals. β’ Review work for substance and relevance before it heads to the client. Execute key activities based on team bandwidth and individual skill set. β’ Incorporate CRO activities into monthly and weekly action plans. Regularly review performance metrics to see which areas may need to be optimized. β’ Ensure that the activities of all team members deliver month-over-month growth and deliver qualified leads within the number of hours allotted to the account. β’ Act as the point of contact on client calls. Collaborate with an Agile Lead to set client expectations with agendas, send meeting recaps, and have open dialogue. β’ Share client feedback and provide context that will set the team up for success. Communicate next steps and priorities from the client. β’ Oversee client marketing technologies and continually develop skills, such as HubSpot or Salesforce. β’ Use data analytics and reporting to guide lead-focused campaigns in SEO, social media, and conversion rate optimization. β’ Continually improve your skills, education, and certifications. Skills β’ 7+ years of combined experience in digital marketing, team management, and client relationship management. β’ B2B experience is required. β’ Exceptional listening, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills, both client-facing and within your team. β’ Strong analytic skills with an ability to derive insights for clients and communicate those insights both verbally and in writing and through presentation decks. β’ Professional understanding of inbound marketing. β’ Must be able to work full-time remotely within the US (excluding California) from 9 am to 6 pm EST. β’ Agency experience is highly preferred. β’ Willingness to learn and a desire to receive feedback. β’ Experience working with a marketing automation tool. β’ The ability to spot not-so-common problems both for your clients and your team before they occur and to mitigate those problems successfully. β’ Ability to use a MacBook and Google Suite. β’ Friendly and kind. β’ B2B marketing experience with a focus on content strategy, sales development, website conversion, and lead generation. β’ Experience communicating to a variety of audiences and explaining insights from analyses to both technical, non-technical audiences and executive levels within the IT, Manufacturing, or Energy Industries. β’ Advanced knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot, or other CRM tools. β’ Professional experience with Google Analytics (or similar analytics application). β’ Experience in Scrum or Agile project management tools. β’ Advanced AI skills.
