Remote Affiliate Manager / Marketing Manager to expand and scale their affiliate network. The role involves recruiting and managing affiliates, optimizing performance, and developing campaigns focused on the Asia and Africa markets. Responsibilities Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, IBs, and partners globally Leverage existing network connections to generate high-quality FTDs Develop and scale affiliate campaigns in Asia and Africa markets Monitor traffic quality, conversion rates, and FTD performance Optimize affiliate deals, commission structures, and incentives Build and maintain strong, long-term affiliate relationships Track performance using affiliate platforms and reporting tools Ensure traffic complies with Forex regulations and company policies Work closely with internal sales, retention, and compliance teams Skills Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager / Marketing Manager in Forex Must come with an existing affiliate / IB network that can be activated immediately Strong experience working with Asia and Africa markets Solid understanding of CPA, CPL, RevShare, and Hybrid models Experience delivering and scaling FTDs Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms Strong analytical and optimization skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work fully remote and manage time independently Fluent English (additional languages are an advantage) Benefits Commission: Based on FTD volumes and quality, structure dependent on experience Working Days: Monday – Friday
