They are seeking a full-time Pre-Calculus / AP Math Teacher to deliver structured curriculum and support student growth in mathematics, with opportunities for long-term career advancement. Responsibilities Teach math classes in a clear, engaging, and student-centered way Deliver lessons using Think Academyβs curriculum, lesson materials, and instructional guidance Support students in building strong understanding of math topics including Pre-Calculus and AP Calculus Manage a virtual or in-person classroom and create a positive, high-expectation learning environment Grade homework and provide timely academic feedback Communicate professionally with students and parents about progress, performance, and learning goals Participate in teacher training, lesson preparation, and ongoing professional development Work approximately 30β40 hours per week, with most classes scheduled during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends Skills Bachelor's degree completed or in progress Strong math foundation and comfort with high school math topics or above Passion for teaching and supporting student growth Strong communication and interpersonal skills Available for paid training in April or May and able to begin teaching in early summer Available to work during weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends Experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, camp teaching, classroom teaching, or working with high school students Math competition background (such as AMC or related experience) Available to attend a 10-day on-site training (paid) in San Jose, CA as part of onboarding Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Company Overview Think Academy US (www.TheThinkAcademy.com), a 100% owned subsidiary of TAL Education Group(NYSE: TAL), is recently established education technology (Ed-Tech) company to provide K-12 extra-curricular learning services through science and technology.
