Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. KEYENCE CORPORATION is a multinational Japanese company specializing in high technology products. They are seeking a German speaking Chat Operator to support clients as the first point of contact via their website chat system.
Responsibilities
- To be in direct communication with our customers via our website chat
- Support customer queries by being the first point of contact
- Verification and correct input of client information into our CRM database
Skills
- Living in Poland
- A first experience in customer support is a plus
- High level of accuracy and ability to deal with repetitive tasks
- Strong PC skills: Microsoft Excel/Word
- Strong written and verbal skills in German (C1 or above) and English (business proficiency)
- Team oriented to cooperate within an international marketing team
- Willingness to commit to a 6 month project with potential to be extended
