They are seeking a Remote Front-End Specialist to handle data entry, clerical duties, and assist in Back End operations as needed. Responsibilities β’ Specialist Front End is a non-registered and/or non-licensed position. β’ Performs tasks but not limited to: image indexing, data entry/review and clerical duties, AE report filing. β’ May be responsible for stocking non-pharmaceutical products where allowed by pharmacy regulations. β’ May assist with department training and new hire support. β’ Other responsibilities as judgement or necessity dictate. Skills β’ 1 year of work experience in a healthcare, specialty pharmacy, PBM and/or call center setting β’ Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction β’ Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or similar operating/software programs β’ Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a diplomatic and confidential manner β’ Must have an active pharmacy technician license or certification as required by state Board of Pharmacy β’ Experience in call center or customer service work environment β’ Experience in escalation/resolution with successfully applying de-escalation techniques Education Requirements β’ High School diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED Company Overview β’ Walgreens is a pharmacy, health, and wellness service center that offers trained infusion nurses and pharmacists to treat patients.
