Elite Talent Consulting is a highly respected national labor & employment law firm seeking an Arizona-barred Labor & Employment Counsel to join its fully remote legal team. The role focuses on employer-side legal work without business development responsibilities, offering flexibility and autonomy for experienced attorneys.
- Responsibilities
- Handle administrative agency charges (EEOC, ACRD, DOL, etc.)
- Respond to attorney demand letters and shape pre-litigation strategy
- Support single-plaintiff litigation and EPLI matters
- Draft position statements, pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Collaborate with a fully remote team of attorneys, partners, and paralegals
- Deliver efficient, high-quality legal work with no in-person requirements
- Skills
- 5–7+ years of employment law experience
- Demonstrated strength in legal writing, organization, and case management
- Self-directed and able to thrive in a remote-first environment
- Employer-side employment law experience strongly preferred
- Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
- Active Arizona bar admission preferred
- Additional state bar admissions a plus, but not required
- Experience with EPLI defense or administrative agency proceedings is a plus
