They are seeking a Remote Monitoring Aide who will monitor patients remotely from within the hospital, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Responsibilities
- The Monitor Aide monitors patients remotely from within the hospital itself
- Applicants must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the facility
- Previous patient monitor experience required; successful completion of video monitor training
- Excellent interpersonal skills, must be able to communicate effectively, must maintain professional demeanor and perform duties effectively in stressful/emergent situations, and must be able to work independently complete assignment with minimal supervision
- Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- BLS required through American Heart Association
- Previous patient monitor experience required
- Successful completion of video monitor training
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively
- Must maintain professional demeanor and perform duties effectively in stressful/emergent situations
- Must be able to work independently complete assignment with minimal supervision
- AHA BLS
- Prior experience in patient care preferred
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with others effectively
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
