The role involves developing and operating trading systems, with a focus on low-latency performance optimization and distributed systems. Responsibilities • 4+ years in systems, backend, or trading infrastructure engineering • Experience operating or developing trading systems, exchanges, or real-time financial platforms • Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or C++ • Deep understanding of networking, distributed systems, and low-latency performance optimization • Familiarity with market data distribution, order management, and execution systems • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or bare metal) Skills • 4+ years in systems, backend, or trading infrastructure engineering • Experience operating or developing trading systems, exchanges, or real-time financial platforms • Strong programming skills in Go, Rust, or C++ • Deep understanding of networking, distributed systems, and low-latency performance optimization • Familiarity with market data distribution, order management, and execution systems • Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or bare metal) • Knowledge of FIX, WebSocket, and REST protocols • Experience with Kubernetes, Terraform, or container orchestration at scale • Background in perpetuals, derivatives, or crypto-native trading systems • Contributions to open-source trading or infrastructure projects Company Overview • Resiliency LLC is one of the fastest-growing recruiting firms with its headquarter in Richmond, CA.
