Responsibilities

Contact and convert inbound and outbound leads into depositing clients
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
Explain the company’s products, platforms, and services clearly
Follow up consistently with leads via phone, email, and messaging channels
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs
Ensure all activities are compliant with regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Collaborate with retention and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Experience working in a regulated environment (highly preferred)
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipelines
