Senior Tax Manager, or Tax Director to provide tax advice, prepare complex tax returns, and manage a tax team in a fully remote setting. Responsibilities • Responsible for providing tax advice and guidance to clients, preparing complex tax returns and analyzing financial information • Manage and review the work of junior tax staff, and identify any potential changes in tax regulations which may impact on clients • Preparing and reviewing business, individual and corporate tax returns • Year end strategic tax planning • Manage and mentor tax team • Building customer relationships • Financial statement reviewing Skills • Must have 5+ Years of Public Accounting Experience (with a CPA firm) • CPA or EA preferred Benefits • Yearly Bonuses • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401k with Company Match • Strong PTO (Depending on Experience) • Profit Sharing • Work life balance year round • Paid Holidays Company Overview • A Recruiting Company with Heart, Hustle, and High Standards.
