Job Description

The Birner Group, Renewal By Andersen is the country’s leading window replacement company, and they are hiring a Window Measurement Specialist to support their growing operations team. In this role, you will manage project measurements and ensure every job is properly scoped for successful installation while collaborating across teams to maintain quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Project Evaluation: Work closely with Design Consultants to review details from in-home consultations
Remote Project Screening: Assess whether projects are eligible for remote measurement services
Visit Coordination: Partner with Project Manager Administrators to schedule on-site assessments when required
Technical Support: Provide expertise on measurements, installation requirements, and product functionality to both homeowners and Design Consultants
Documentation Timeliness: Submit completed technical measurement files within 24 hours
Project Oversight: Track remote projects and prepare them for Senior Project Manager review
Material Confirmation: Verify all products and materials needed for proper installation
Reporting & Records: Prepare cut sheets and material lists, and document notes and photos using Field Service Lightning

Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Technical expertise on measurements, installation requirements, and product functionality
