The REO Closing Coordinator position is responsible for ensuring assets close according to the terms of purchase contracts while meeting client needs and expectations. Responsibilities Reviewing reports to determine status of each asset Data entry as each step of closing process is complete Review data entry in each SOR for accuracy Obtain, review and execute deeds, HUDs and other closing documents as needed to complete closing Communicate with vendors, clients, lenders and various county and city offices Perform other duties as assigned or apparent Skills HS Diploma or GED 1 year of prior work-related experience Strong communication skills Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word High ethical standards and personal qualities Motivated, positive, team player Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills Ability to problem solve in a growing, expanding business REO/Foreclosure experience Read and understand real estate contracts/purchase agreements Read and understand all closing/lender documents- including HUD 1 settlement statements and deeds Basic knowledge of title issues and problem resolution of these issues Benefits 20 days of paid time off annually 9 paid holidays 2 floating holidays Parental leave Comprehensive Health Benefits Multiple medical plan choices, including HSA and FSA options, dental, vision, and basic life insurance 401(k) with a top of market company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Homebuyer Perks Company Overview Radian is a mortgage and real estate services company that provides private mortgage insurance and title services to lenders and investors.
