The Cosmetic Beauty Sales Rep is responsible for the in-house marketing, promotion, and sale of cosmetic products, requiring creativity in setting up displays and positively impacting sales volume through customer interactions. Responsibilities β’ Positively impacting sales volume of individual in-house and point of sale involvement. β’ Greet all customers with enthusiasm, determine customersβ needs, provide courteous & knowledgeable service to customers, and suggest products by following our service and selling strategies. β’ Responsible for maintaining the cosmetic line merchandising concepts. This includes maintaining standards of cleanliness and organization in the store, including gondolas, visual displays, product assortment, and drawers β’ Participate in the cosmetic line day-to-day business, animation, in-store events. β’ Actively pursues additional product knowledge and artistry techniques as needed. β’ Participate in store meetings and training seminars as necessary β’ Attract new Clients with the ability to engage them quickly β’ Create an amazing experience for all clients through high-touch service β’ Other duties as assigned Skills β’ High School diploma or equivalent β’ 1 year make up sales or make-up artist experience preferred β’ High energy person comfortable approaching and speaking with store customers. β’ Enjoyment in persuading people in a positive way β’ Strong selling skills. β’ Goal oriented. β’ Fun and outgoing personality β’ Basic beauty make-up β’ Work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays β’ Maintain a presence on the selling floor for long periods as needed β’ Physical ability to stand for extended period β’ Seeing β’ Color Perception β’ Lifting (50 lbs.) β’ Ability to Travel β’ Climbing β’ Pushing/Pulling β’ Standing β’ Listening β’ Carrying (50 lbs.) β’ 1 year make up sales or make-up artist experience Company Overview β’ Acosta brings simplicity to retail sales.
