Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Navitus Health Solutions is a pharmacy benefit manager committed to making medications more affordable. The Reporting Specialist, Pharmacy Network will support analytical operations, perform analyses and report creations to facilitate business decision-making, and evaluate provider network performance through data modeling and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for completing reports and projects, such as detailed Geo Access and Member Disruption, as requested by Navitus teams in a timely manner
- Understand intermediate data relationship concepts and transform data into information that can be proactively used to improve business decisions
- Create pharmacy directories for our clients and their members that clearly identify the pharmacy services available to them and where they are located
- Deliver reports and directories on a weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual basis as required by government sponsored health plans and other clients
- Perform quality assurance to ensure reports are accurate and in compliance with all regulations and requirements
- Periodic and detailed reporting of activities and opportunities to Provider Services team and cross-functional leadership
- Identify, advocate, and implement continual process improvement of policies and procedures to maximize quality and efficiencies
- Assist with internal department and corporate projects as required
- Coordinate task completion within department and cross-functionally
- Solve moderately complex problems
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- Other related duties as assigned/required
Skills
- Associate's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a business setting
- PC Skills: Microsoft Excess, Access, and other applications as required
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
- Bachelor's degree preferred. Emphasis in business, information systems, economics, or statistics preferred
