Join U-Haul's dynamic team as a part-time Reservation Agent, working remotely with a flexible schedule that includes evenings and weekends. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional customer service, support field team members and U-Haul dealerships, and contribute to the success of our organization. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting customers with reservations and equipment management
- Supporting field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment placement and distribution
- Reviewing reports to ensure effective equipment placement and customer reservations
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of office equipment, including multiline phones and Microsoft Office
- Proficient customer service, time management, and multitasking skills
