Job Description
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Thin Technologies is seeking a Resiliency Monitoring Automation Architect and or Engineer to focus on the architecture and design of automation for monitoring deployments. The role involves working with Dynatrace and Ansible to automate deployment processes while engaging with stakeholders and navigating complex enterprise environments.
- Responsibilities
- Architecture and design work for automation of monitoring deployments with emphasis on Dynatrace deployment to a targeted set of applications tied to their business/digital transformation program release dates
- Automation design at scale and speed (Ansible is the preferred automation tooling)
- Deployment design for automation 'package' (e.g. how and where will this get built, tested, and deployed, how do we navigate existing environments, how do we have the right gates/controls in place, how do we get deployment automated, etc.)
- Experience translating work to agile stories, features, etc. ā will play a key role in defining and informing increment and sprint back-log planning
- Navigating large complex, politically charged, red tape laden, enterprises
- Stakeholder engagement - design work will likely require engaging with multiple teams at customer
- Methodology focus ā requirements, design, build, test in an agile and iterative manner (customer uses agile, but definitely tailored)
- Experience presenting up and out and gaining buy-in and alignment on designs and key decisions
- Communication ā must be able to communicate effectively up, out, and down and create supporting deliverables
- Strong documentation and presentation skills Must create deliverables. (Account team will want to see samples)
- Ideally can jump down to hands-on implementation as well to carry the design through to build, test, deploy
