Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Finance of America helps homeowners 55+ access their equity through reverse mortgage solutions. The Reverse Mortgage Professional will manage loan production, resolve closing issues, and ensure high levels of customer service. Responsibilities Produces high quality loans which meet Reverse Mortgage guidelines while providing superior customer service Manages personal pipeline production and achieves production goals Resolves problems relating to the closing and funding of loans Follows the Company standards for delivery of integrity, client focus, teamwork and respect for each individual in every interaction Exhibits observable sense of urgency in the execution of all job functions and duties Meets or exceeds levels of Customer Service delivery established by the Company Performs other duties as assigned Skills High School Diploma Minimum 6 months of experience with Reverse Mortgage Sales or other related Mortgage origination Active NMLS License is required Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated computer proficiency Successful completion of reverse mortgage originator training is required Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems Self-motivated and excellent customer service skills Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Possess a hybrid of technical and soft skills Ethical, with a commitment to company values Bachelor's Degree Previous call center experience Benefits Health Dental Vision Life insurance Paid time-off benefits Flexible spending account 401(k) with employer match ESPP Company Overview Finance of America offers innovative retirement financing solutions that are reshaping what financial security and flexibility look like for the modern retiree.
