- Design, develop, and maintain robust Ruby on Rails applications and APIs.

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with a strong focus on performance.

- Participate in code reviews and mentoring sessions with fellow developers to uphold quality standards.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues as needed.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

- Integrate third-party services and APIs as required by the project.

- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in web development and Ruby ecosystem.
- Required Skills and Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming.

- Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
- *
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
- *
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as React or Vue.js (optional but preferred).

- Proficiency in Git, version control workflows, and CI/CD pipelines.
- *
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in sprint-based development cycles.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- *
- Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision.
- Experience

- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.
- *
- Experience working in a fully remote team environment is a plus.
- *
- Previous experience contributing to open-source projects or large-scale applications will be highly regarded.
- Working Hours

- Flexible remote work schedule.
- *
- Core collaboration hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST, Monday to Friday.

- Occasional meetings across time zones depending on project needs.
