Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pine Services Group is a fast-growing software and services company seeking a Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant. This role focuses on leading and executing full-lifecycle Sage Intacct implementations, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while managing project milestones and delivering training and support.
- Responsibilities
- Lead and execute Sage Intacct implementations following established implementation methodologies
- Conduct discovery sessions to analyze and document business and system requirements
- Configure Sage Intacct modules to align with client processes and accounting structures
- Develop and execute test plans and support client testing phases
- Deliver end-user training knowledge transfer
- Recommend best-practice processes and system optimizations
- Design and build financial reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct
- Configure and support third-party integrations and marketplace solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
- Provide regular project status updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Identify system limitations, risks, and enhancement opportunities
- Provide first class support post go live within stated SLA’s
- Escalate complex issues as needed and collaborate with technical resources to resolve them
- Skills
- 3+ years of ERP implementation or consulting experience
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical system configurations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities
- Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing consulting environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency with standard business tools (Office 365, collaboration platforms, virtual meeting tools)
- Sage Intacct strongly preferred
- Experience with ERP ticketing or PSA tools is a plus
