About the position
The Remote Sales Associate is responsible for professionally presenting company-approved products, educating clients on available options, and guiding them through the enrollment process using a structured and ethical sales system.
This role is designed for individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and coachable, even with no prior sales experience. Success is achieved through consistent effort, adherence to training, and performance-based goals.
This position is commission-based and is not hourly or salaried.
- Responsibilities
- Participate in scheduled virtual consultations with assigned clients
- Present products and solutions clearly using approved materials
- Explain options in a compliant, easy-to-understand manner
- Assist clients with enrollment and documentation
- Maintain accurate, confidential digital records
- Follow up with clients according to company guidelines
- Meet daily and weekly activity and performance goals
- Communicate with leadership and team members in a remote setting
- Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable using Zoom, email, and basic computer tools
- Reliable, organized, and professional
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven process
- No prior sales or industry experience required
