- You'll connect with clients who've already raised their hand and asked for help with life insurance. No cold calling. No pitching friends and family.
- You'll consult with families virtually, help them find the right coverage, and follow up on warm leads.
- You'll plug into our training, show up to team calls, and be coachable.
- *Who this is for:**
- You want more out of your career and you're ready to put in the work to get it.
- You're coachable and take ownership of your results.
- You don't need to be micromanaged. You're organized and self-motivated.
- Sales or customer service background helps, but it's not required.

- Real training and support. Daily coaching, weekly check-ins, and a proven system.
- Your income grows with your results.
- *A few things to know:**
- This is a licensed role with flexibility and autonomy. You run your own book of business with our support.
- You'll need a Life & Health license. We'll help you get it in 7 to 10 days.
