Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Leaping AI is a company that builds next-generation voice AI agents for customer service automation. They are seeking an ambitious Sales Development Representative to identify and reach out to target companies in the home remodelling vertical, generating qualified meetings and managing leads.
Responsibilities
- Identify and research target companies in home remodelling / home improvement
- Reach out via email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate qualified meetings
- Heavy cold calling
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and book demos
- Keep CRM data organized and collaborate with marketing on outreach campaigns
Skills
- 1-2 years in an SDR/BDR or inside-sales role (B2B SaaS preferred)
- Excellent written and spoken English; confident with cold outreach
- Curious, ambitious, and eager to grow into an AE role
- Experience with HubSpot or similar tools is a plus
- Based in San Francisco (preferred) or United States (remote)
- Bonus: You have previously sold software into the home improvement industry
