About Us We are a growing rehab-focused chiropractic practice based in San Diego delivering results-driven, personalized care. Our model is different from traditional high-volume chiropractic offices β we focus on clinical outcomes, education, and long-term transformation. We are expanding and seeking a confident, performance-driven Sales Development Representative to own the front end of our patient acquisition process. This is not a passive customer service role. This is a consultative sales position inside a healthcare environment. What Youβll Be Responsible For β’ Responding to inbound leads quickly and professionally β’ Conducting 20β30 minute structured discovery calls β’ Identifying clinical fit and readiness for care β’ Confidently addressing objections and hesitation β’ Booking qualified prospects into in-person assessments β’ Confirming and driving high appointment arrival rates β’ Performing outbound follow-up to: Old leads, No-shows, Re-engagement campaigns β’ Managing pipeline stages inside our CRM β’ Reporting weekly metrics β’ Handling appointment rescheduling for current patients Performance Expectations This role is measured by: β’ Discovery Call β Discovery Visit arrival rate (target: 45%+) β’ Evaluation & Treatment Session arrival rate β’ Pipeline follow-up consistency What Weβre Looking For β’ 1+ year of SDR / inside sales / appointment-setting experience β’ Comfortable making outbound calls daily β’ Strong objection-handling ability β’ Metrics-driven mindset (you like tracking your numbers) β’ Clear and confident phone presence β’ High emotional intelligence β’ Coachable and receptive to feedback β’ Organized and reliable in a remote setting Compensation β’ $18β23/hour base (depending on experience) β’ Monthly Performance Bonus tied to paid evaluation arrivals β’ 30β40 hours per week β’ Fully remote This Role Is Ideal For Someone Who: β’ Thrives on performance-based incentives β’ Enjoys meaningful conversations (not cold corporate scripts) β’ Wants to directly impact business growth β’ Is comfortable being held accountable to KPIs β’ If youβre confident on the phone and enjoy helping people take decisive action on their health, apply here: Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Expected hours: 30 β 40 per week Benefits: β’ Paid time off β’ Work from home Work Location: Remote
