They are seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to lead the Business & Government Sales team, focusing on identifying and capturing new sales opportunities while mentoring and developing a skilled sales team. Responsibilities β’ Collaborate with senior leadership to define sales strategy and lead high impact initiatives to fuel new growth areas β’ Lead in establishing the strategic and tactical plans required to identify, qualify, and capture new sales opportunities β’ Mentor and develop a skilled and dedicated sales team of generalists and upsell specialists β’ Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline necessary to deliver against budget and quota responsibilities β’ Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments that affect bolthires markets β’ Day to day sales team management including recruitment, training, motivation, support, development and evaluation β’ Lead efforts to improve work processes and build customer partnerships to meet or exceed customer expectations and increase loyalty β’ Coordinate with teams across our organization to create focus and drive results Skills β’ Bachelor's degree β’ Seasoned sales leader with 3+ Years Experience in a Front Line Leader role or multiple years of Team Lead Experience β’ Previous experience a high performing individual sales contributor preferred β’ Experience in creating, managing and developing thriving teams β’ Knowledge of Education Software, LMS or related markets a plus β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail β’ Strong understanding of sales operations, tools like: Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, LinkedIn Navigator β’ History of delivering revenue targets β’ Positive attitude, energetic, upbeat and professional β’ Willing to learn and easily adaptable Benefits β’ Competitive compensation, plus all full-time employees participate in our ownership program - because everyone should have a stake in our success.
