Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Overwolf is seeking a Media Planner to lead the end-to-end media planning process, supporting their Brand Partnerships team. The role involves developing media plans, coordinating with account management and ad operations teams, and ensuring campaign optimization. Responsibilities β’ Lead pre-sales RFP efforts, including strategy, plan creation, collaboration with creatives, and proposal development β’ Translate brand and marketing objectives into tailored media solutions for the gaming ecosystem β’ Partner with Creative, Ad operations, account management and Sales to deliver high-quality proposals with strong strategic narrative β’ Leverage data and research to guide media planning decisions and formulate recommendations β’ Monitor campaign delivery, compile reports, and ensure adherence to key performance indicators Skills β’ 4+ years of experience in sales planning, media planning, or sales enablement β’ Prior role in a media agency or publisher, focusing on planning strategy is essential β’ Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities β’ A meticulous, highly organized, and process-oriented approach β’ Proficiency in English and working flexibly across various time zones (collaboration with team members in the US, UK and Israel is required) β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as the Google Suite, is necessary β’ Familiarity with programmatic advertising will be considered an asset β’ Passion for the gaming industry will be viewed favorably Company Overview β’ Overwolf is the guild for in-game creators It was founded in 2010, and is headquartered in Ramat Gan, Tel Aviv, ISR, with a workforce of 201-500 employees.
