We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Workwarp, a leading company in the flexible packaging industry. As a remote Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business development, expanding our presence across the United States, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive new business and grow existing accounts in the flexible packaging industry
- Identify, prospect, and engage with potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, and industry events
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at customer organizations
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their packaging requirements
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, track customer interactions, and report on sales performance and market trends
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product innovations, and competitor activity to better serve clients and adapt sales strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the packaging, manufacturing, or related industries
- Strong understanding of flexible packaging materials, processes, and industry standards (a plus)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and stay organized
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
