E-Solutions is seeking a Salesforce Product Manager to shape and deliver Salesforce capabilities across Sales/Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud. This role involves acting as a bridge between business and technology to improve client engagement, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities β’ Own and manage Salesforce Sales/Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud solutions for customerβs Client Experience team β’ Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, balancing usability and compliance β’ Oversee integrations with customer portal, enterprise systems, and data platforms β’ Ensure data quality, reporting integrity, and adoption of Salesforce features β’ Partner with business leaders in sales, client services, and marketing to define Salesforce roadmaps β’ Champion Salesforce adoption and provide training/enablement support where needed β’ Identify opportunities to use Salesforce Data Cloud, Einstein/AI, and advanced analytics to drive insights β’ Uphold Salesforce governance standards, ensuring consistency across regions and teams β’ Participate in release planning, QA, and UAT cycles, ensuring high-quality delivery β’ Proactively monitor platform health and recommend improvements β’ Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce within the Client Experience team β’ Partner with IT, vendors, and the global CRM team to ensure timely and effective Salesforce enhancements β’ Provide guidance to junior team members, administrators, and business users Skills β’ Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field β’ 5β8 years of professional experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce-focused roles β’ Proven expertise in Sales Cloud or Financial Services Cloud (opportunity management, client onboarding, KYC, sales workflows) β’ Experience with Marketing Cloud (journeys, campaigns, automation, reporting) β’ Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, reporting, and integrations β’ Ability to create solutions that balance business needs with platform scalability β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills β’ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders β’ Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities β’ Salesforce Certified Sales/Financial Services Cloud Consultant β’ Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant (or strong working knowledge) β’ Prior exposure to financial services, asset management, or capital markets preferred β’ Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification a plus Company Overview β’ E-Solutions is a talent acquisition company that offers staffing, application development, and strategic outsourcing services.
