The MIL Corporation seeks an SAP Implementation Project Manager to support a Naval Air Systems Command client at the Naval Air Station Patuxent River. The role involves leading Navy ERP deployment and major upgrades, managing project documentation, and conducting analyses related to business and financial management. Responsibilities • Serve as a leader supporting Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NBO) with Navy ERP deployment, sustainment and major upgrades at NAWCAD • Support contract Program Manager with project management, scheduling, project documentation, risk management and financial system expertise • Analyze project requirements in the areas of business and financial management including program scheduling, critical path analyses and project support requirement determination • Direct impact studies, bolthires/benefit analyses, and dependency models • Employs project tracking methodologies • Performs additional task-related analyst / management functions to ensure successful task completion Skills • 10+ years of experience providing project management for one of the following areas: Business Operations, Systems Requirements, Operational Requirements, Test & Evaluation, and Training • Recognized expert who has demonstrated industry and public service leadership in project management for financial system implementations • Experience with SAP ECC or S/4HANA implementations • Proficiency with process mapping tools • Must be a US Citizen • BS or BA degree in a Business, Management or other relevant Business Field • Secret clearance • Experience with Navy SAP-based financial system • Expertise with Navy financial and business processes such as acquisition, property management, financial accounting, working capital fund, workforce management, payroll or business intelligence • Any industry relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma Benefits • Health, life, disability, and retirement plans • Paid time off • Opportunities for professional growth • Tuition assistance • Additional benefits and incentives may also apply, which will be communicated during the hiring process.
